Background:
This is intended to be awarded Monthly by the
Indianapolis Radio Club for the Longest on the air (DX) contact
using Ham Radio connected to a computer an Excluding the use
of Echolink or IRLP systems or concepts.
This award is intended
to encourage HF/VHF/UHF ham radio communications utilizing
such techniques as PSK OR SSTV.
